Data collected. Last name, first name, investment institution, investor type, email, phone, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), dates of request and sign-in, and IP address for security purposes.
Purposes and legal bases.
Recipients. The founders of COS Mining only, and our hosting provider Hostinger as a processor within the European Union. Your data are never sold.
Retention. As long as your account is active, then up to 3 years after our last contact. Rejected requests are deleted within 12 months. Security logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, as well as instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@cosmining.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Required fields. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to review your request. Without them we cannot process it.
Cookies. This portal only uses a strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
The Private Circle is reserved for investors approved by COS Mining. Information shared there is confidential and provided for information only.
